IT Helpdesk Support Technician

Our client is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to provide desktop support to a range of clients.

Duties include taking ownership of technical queries, logging and responding to calls, identifying potential faults and providing excellent customer service.

This role would suit someone who has a passion for technical customer services and/or experience within a similar position. Our client supports career progression so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in IT.
