Our client, an expert in business productivity applications and cloud solutions to help businesses deliver on their strategic objectives, now seeks a Change Consultant to deliver organisational business change to help clients adopt the new applications / solutions. This role focuses on key areas such as communications, engagement, training and user adoption.
As the Change Consultant you will be supporting clients by helping to shape their culture and develop new ways of working to maximise the positive impact of the latest technologies.
You will be responsible for scoping, planning, delivering and evaluating large scale organisational change. Teaching, coaching and supporting others to raise their capability for delivering organisational change.
You will develop long-term relationships with clients and manage demanding internal and external stakeholders. Seek opportunities for business growth with existing and new clients and contribute to the completion of tenders, statements of work and proposals.
Candidates should have previous experience leading and delivering complex change in a variety of contexts, organisations and sectors. Be familiar with a range of leading change models and tools and an experienced workshop designer and facilitator. You will be comfortable presenting to large and small audiences including at executive level.
As an expert in uncovering, analysing and synthesising organisational needs, you will have demonstrable experience creating, delivering and evaluating complex communication plans and related activities. Have designed, delivered and evaluated training including face to face, virtual and e-learning and worked in a consulting environment.
On offer is a package worth up to £70,000 which includes company benefits and bonus scheme. You will be based at the Reading office, with a mixture of office and on-site client work and opportunities to work from home.
