Graduate Support Analyst

Our client seeks a Graduate Support Analyst to join their Application Support team where you will learn to triage, analyse, manage and ultimately resolve support incidents raised by customers.

Issues are challenging, wide ranging and vary day-to-day, so the role would be ideal for someone who thrives on variety, adapts to changing priorities and enjoys multi-tasking, all whilst having the determination and enthusiasm to see an issue through to completion.

The Graduate Support Analyst position would suit a technically minded person who is confident with computers and software and has strong analytical and problem solving skills. Full training will be provided on the applications and systems and therefore a willingness to learn is a must. Any knowledge from degree studies of querying databases, using Linux or simple code scripting would be advantageous.

Candidates should be educated to degree level in a technical subject such as Engineering, Physics or Maths and have good A Level results. An aptitude for applying technology/structured problem solving and the ability to work in teams and learn quickly. You should confident and eager to take on responsibility and demonstrate an interest in and experience of using IT and software.

This role is office based (5 days a week) so candidates should live within a sensible commute of Camberley.

As a Graduate Support Analyst you will be required to communicate with customers so candidates must have strong spoken and written communications skills.

On offer is a starting salary of £26,000 which increases to £28,000 upon completion of probation period, annual bonus and company share incentive schemes. You will also get private health insurance, critical illness cover and a company pension scheme.
